KOBA’s Rate Control is a hydraulic damping device (Hydro Check) designed to maintain a constant movement speed of external loads, improving equipment stability and precision.
Through a structure that controls the flow of hydraulic oil, it keeps the piston movement speed constant and provides stable speed control performance even under varying load conditions or external forces.
Unlike devices designed for impact absorption, it is optimized for speed control and position stabilization, helping improve the quality and repeatability of automated equipment.

Maintains a constant movement speed even under varying loads through a hydraulic damping structure, ensuring process stability.

12-Step Adjustment Dial (Adjustable Type)

A dial with 0–12 adjustable steps allows easy speed settings for various operating conditions.

Bi-Directional Control (Compression & Extension)

Speed control is possible in both compression and extension directions, enabling application in various machine structures.

Stable Operating Performance

Maintains stable performance even under repetitive operating conditions of up to approximately 60 cycles per hour.

Excellent Durability

A wear-resistant piston rod and high-quality seals ensure long-term stable operation even under repetitive impact conditions.

Wide Temperature Range

Standard operating range of -10℃ ~ 80℃, with optional configurations allowing operation from -40℃ ~ 120℃, enabling use in various environments.
